What we store
Correling stores the data needed to run the label workflow: account details, label content, translations, orders, comments and change history. Published label content is available on its public page; everything else is visible only to your team and the people working on your orders.
How it is used
Your data is used to provide the service - creating, translating, reviewing and publishing labels - and to communicate with you about your orders. We do not sell your data or use label content for anything other than delivering your work.
Public label pages
Public label pages exist so you can share approved label content with retailers, platforms and authorities. Only labels you publish are public, and they contain product label content - not account or order information.
Retention and removal
Label content and order history are retained while your account is active, because the audit trail is part of the product's value. Contact the team if you need data exported or removed.
